Comfortable double room on the ground floor with double bed (2 box-springs, 90x200cm each) and has an en-suite bathroom with luxury shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. It disposes of air-conditioning (cold and hot), small seating corner, spacious wardrobe with a safe, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle at the room. Besides bath-, and bed linen we provide soft bathrobes, two beach towels for the swimming pool or beach and the care products of ANYAH eco spa treatment.

· Check-in is from 2 PM to 11 PM* (for villa rental from 4 PM to 11 PM*)
· We charge a fee of € 35,- for check-in after 11 PM (only possible by prior arrangement)
· Check-out is possible until 11 AM*
* Check-in / Check-out outside these hours is only possible by prior arrangement; additional charges may apply

· Minimum stay is 2 nights, for July and August this is 3 nights
· 10% discount on room rate for single use of double room
· Villa CONMIGO applies a minimum age of 12 years for co-traveling children (not applicable for villa rental)
· Villa CONMIGO has no facilities for babies and toddlers
· Placing an additional bed is not possible
· There is no fridge or minibar in the room, but an honesty bar is available 24 hours a day
· Smoking is not allowed indoors and in the rooms
· Villa CONMIGO is not accessible to wheelchairs
· Pets are not allowed (we have a small dog named Puchi)
